Birthday parties
As you celebrate your special day with the museum, you will meet live animals, learn interesting animal facts and create a theme based hands-on project that goes with the party theme. Birthday parties are teacher led and educationally fun for all.
 Birthday party days, times and prices
Saturdays - Sundays: 11:30 am, 2 pm
Ages 5-9, maximum 10 kids plus 4 adults
Ages 3-4, maximum 7 kids plus 10 adults
Fee: $240 (member $190)
Reserve at least one month in advance.
For the 3-to-4-year-old:
• Furry friend party – domestic mammals
such as hamster, guinea pig or rat.
• Hiss party – reptiles and amphibians
For the 5-to-9-year-old:
• Hiss party – reptiles and amphibians
• Hoot party – birds and their prey
• Howl party – mammals
• Creepy crawly party – insects and spiders
• Dino-Mania party – prehistoric survivors
• Animal kingdom party – mammal, reptile, amphibian

• Private party room
• Two different live animal encounters
• Birthday party teacher
• Table and room decorations
• Maps to the museum for your invitations
• Cups, plates, napkins and all serving utensils
• Museum activity book for each guest
• Theme gift bag for the birthday child
